Chef Stephen Conklin created a French inspired menu working with local artisans, ranchers, and producers that share our passion for quality. Menu highlights include appetizers such as French Onion Soup with braised beef shank, caramelized onions and gruyère croûtons, entrées offering a selection of Steak & Frites, and desserts like Gâteau Marjolaine Flourless Chocolate, and Flan Parisienne.
